Description:
This historic restaurant, which was restored in two times (the last one was 2009), is placed in the city centre of Lodi. It is a former farmhouse, of which are still visible some wooden, copper and wrought-iron elements. Attention is paid to the details, even to lighting, in order to have a warm and cosy environment with a modern rather than a rustic atmosphere.
Cuisine:
TRADITIONAL, REVISITED IN A MODERN TAKE. The philosophy of the cuisine lays on sound local bases, starting from the choice of products to cuisine techniques, together with the evolution, the research and the fusion. Bread, pasta and desserts are home-made. Particular attention is paid to the mise-en-place.
