Description:
The restaurant is placed in a building that despite its recent construction fits with all the features of its agricultural environment. As for its exteriors, even the interiors of the restaurant reproduce the rural style through warm colours, wooden beams and terracotta floors, but also through elegance and design elements which are closer to a modern style. There are two rooms and a porch.

Cuisine:

TRADITIONAL, REVISITED IN A MODERN TAKE.  Ingredients are chosen according to seasons and to local production. Dishes are rigourously freshly cooked, home-made pasta and desserts.

Appetizers:

Local salami and Raspadüra • Boiled pork sausage (“Cotechino”) in a pastry croute with potato and borlotti beans cream • Small flan of crescenza cheese and nettles •Broccolis with crunchy lard and candied tomatoes.

 

First courses:

Risotto with sausage “Pater’s” style • Barb ravioli filled with Pannerone and ricotta cheese on a bed of spinach and typical lodigiano cheese cream.

 

Second courses:

Stewed beef marinated with home-made beer with polenta and caramelized onions.

 

Desserts:

Soft dessert with chestnuts and dark chocolate with Tortionata biscuit, coffee mousse and brittle.

 


 

The price includes S. Pellegrino water and coffee (wines are not included)
