Description:

Placed inside a castle dating back to 1190, this restaurant also has an 18th century court and is surrounded by a park more than 20.000 m2 wide. The interiors of the restaurant show a contrast between moden and ancient style. The ancient elements consist of decorations and complements, while the modern ones are the wide full-lenght windows.

Small loin pickled with balsamic vinegar, “bondiola” seasoned pork shoulder and “Lodigiano Terra Buona” salami • Raspadüra’s flan, honey mushroom cream.

First course :

Small lasagne with “luganega” and chards sauce with a light stracchino fondue.

Second courses:

Boned filled piglet, potatoes layered cake.

Desserts:

Bavarian cake with chestnuts and persimmons.
