Description:

It is the only lodigiano restaurant that is recognized by Lombardy Region as an Historical Restaurant. The building where this restaurant is placed dates back  to 1464 and has been used as an inn for centuries. There were some restoration works in 1987 whose goal was to highlight its ancient and traditional features, which can be also found in its indoor courtyard, where there are a porch and a site for the production of vinegar.
This restaurant is characterized by copper decorations, wooden beams, original furniture and one of the most prestigious Italian wine cellars, which boasts hundreds of wines, some of which really old.
Cuisine:
TRADITIONAL, REVISITED IN A MODERN TAKE. Since the Seventies, this restaurant has been acknowledged as the national leader of the school that brought to the re-discovery of traditional revisited cuisine in a more contemporary idea of feeding.
