The restaurant is placed inside a building which once was a thermal station and was restored in 1992. The building is now made of thin wooden plates and has wide windows opening on a large and beautiful thermal park. 

Informal furniture in majestic building, where large beams and wooden elements alternate with permanent structures.

Festival Menus are always available on Fridays at dinner time only and on Saturdays and Sundays, both at lunch and at dinner time.

Appetizers:

Typical lodigiani cold cuts • Matured seasoned pork shoulder • Country salami • Pork underbelly with fried “tortello” Banina’s style • Vegetables and herbs flan with gorgonzola cream • Nerves with onions and borlotti beans.

First courses:

San colombano D.O.C. red wine risotto with chestnuts and sausage • “Cannelloni” with goose sauce and honey mushrooms.

Second courses:

Stewed beef with celery and maize flour polenta and corn polenta.

Desserts:

Pear and macaroons tart.

The price includes San Pellegrino water and coffee (wines are not included)
